What is a rejected lead?
- Application from a minor: a minor would be an individual who is under the age of 18 at the time of the application.
- Application from a non-UK tax payer: this would be anyone who resides outside of the UK or does not pay UK tax.
- Fraudulent application: if an individual has been put onto our system and sent through as an application where the individual has no knowledge of this occurring or without the consent of the individual.
- Hoax application: where the applicant has been put through as Mickey Mouse or such like.
- Has no valid contact telephone numbers: if the number called is a dead number.
A reject is not
- It is not a reject if that individual has changed his or her mind.
- A non contactable
- If the phone number can be validated by using directory enquiries or similar service
- Where a mortgage client has received a lead through the Top-up Reward system
All leads have to be rejected through FinanceLeadsOnline.co.uk's login portal within seven days of receiving the lead, this is seven days from the exact time you received the lead. FinanceLeadsOnline.co.uk have up to seven working days to review the reason for rejecting the lead and ensure the appropriate outcome in line with our Reject Policy.
